Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

The IEEE Aerospace Conference is committed to providing a conference experience where everyone is treated with respect, free from discrimination or harassment. Any actions that are in potential violation of the policy should be reported immediately to the conference committee for response. We are committed to the safety of all of the conference participants and upholding the high personal and professional standards of IEEE.

IEEE prohibits Discrimination, Harassment, and Bullying against any person for any reason, for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. IEEE employees, volunteers, members, and other constituents of the IEEE, when and wherever those individuals are conducting IEEE business or participating in IEEE events or activities, shall maintain an environment free of Discrimination, including Harassment, Bullying, and Retaliation.

Discrimination or harassment of IEEE Aerospace conference participants will not be condoned or tolerated in any form. Conference participants violating this rule may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference committee.

Privacy Policy

Information is gathered from authors and attendees at IEEE Aerospace Conferences for purposes of communicating about the status and content of IEEE Aerospace Conferences. None of this information is ever rented, sold, or given to commercial interests.  It is strictly for the use of our committees in organizing the IEEE Aerospace Conferences. No other use is permitted.


Photography Policy

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without prior written permission of IEEE. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
